What are the benefits of good quality sleep?
Sleep strengthens our mind, our stamina and our physical performance. Attaining enough quality sleep improves memory capacity, increases reaction times, improves the mood, stimulates creativity, and helps us stay slim. *In several large-scale studies, it has now been shown that people who sleep an average of 7 hours a day have a lower risk of disease (including cardiovascular disease, stroke, and coronary heart disease, diabetes, and breast cancer). Additionally they have longer life expectancy, as compared to people with lower sleep quality and duration.
